■Conditions of returned products

  1. The product can be returned within 14 days from delivery.
  2. The product should be unused with original tags attached.
  3. For return reasons like "Size does not fit", "Different from imagined", we accept returns only once.
  4. For returns brought to the store, we do not accept exchanges.
  5. Reserved items, discounted items (including outlets, sales, and limited-time price reductions), underwear, fragrances, accessories, lucky bags, and gift bags are not eligible for returns.

  6. The return will not be accepted if the product has been used or there are any dents, scratches or any other damage to the products.
  7. If the product is in a state where we cannot accept returns, we will contact you and return it (return / refund is not possible).

If you confirm and approve the above 7 items, please check the following

■Bringing to the store

  1. If you contact us for a return, Customer Service will contact you within 1-3 business days.
    In some cases, the product you contact us cannot be returned. Please be sure to wait for a reply before coming to the store.
  2. Please fill in the reason for the return and information about the returned product on the "Return Slip" at the bottom of the "Purchase Slip" included with the product and bring it with you.
    If you do not have the "Return Slip", we will not be able to accept your order.
  3. Please set the date you plan to visit the store to bring the returned items within the date shown in the pull-down menu below.
  4. If you want to change the date of your scheduled visit, or if you want to change your return to delivery, please contact our customer service again.
  5. If you do not come to the store on the day of the return visit, or if you do not contact us to change the date of your visit, we will cancel your return.
  6. When you arrive at the store, please tell the store staff that you are returning an EC product.
    We will give you the receipt shown at the bottom of the return slip in exchange for the product.
  7. Refunds will not be issued at the store.
    Refunds will be processed as soon as the product is returned to customer service from the store and the product is confirmed.
    Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
