Please pay the total amount including a price displayed with each item, tax, shipping charge and cash on delivery fee (if you are using cash on delivery).

Shipping information• Courier

All orders are shipped by EMS.
Please confirm the date of delivery on the home page of Japan post.
The document number is recorded in the notification mail after shipment.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges unless the item is defective or you have received an incorrect item.
If the item is defective or wrong, please contact us from here within seven days of receiving the item along with the reasons for the return.
We will contact you accordingly with the return address and shipping information (free return).

Cooling off system

Delivery during your absence
When you are away at the time of delivery, you will receive a delivery note from a courier.
Please arrange another delivery date at your convenience and pick up your package within the specified period of delivery.
If you do not contact the courier specified on the delivery note, or if your order has been shipped to an incorrect address, your order will be returned to us. If you do delivery again, we will charge two shipping costs.
If your order has not arrived
Please contact us from here if your order has not arrived within the above date.

About receiving goods at stores

※Click and collect service is temporarily suspended since Oct 2021.

Regarding the shipping status, there will be no updates from the store.
Please check the status on the delivery company's home page using the tracking number written in the shipping notice.
Please pick up your order within one week from the goods arrival.
When temporary closure etc. of the store opening mall occurs, it may not be accepted.
For holidays please check the HP of the mall.

※When picking up at The SHEL'TTER TOKYO please visit the 1st floor counter.
※Places that can't be sent by air mail such as Okinawa and remote islands, shipping schedule might be delayed.
 Please make sure to check the arrival on the delivery company's home page before visiting.
※On picking up, please bring something to confirm your order such as order confirmation mail.
※Returns and exchanges for click and collect orders will also be accepted at the webstore's customer support.

【About returns and exchanges】

Replaceable items
We accept size exchange correspondence for bottoms, denim products (limited to bottoms). The shipping fee at that time will be exchanged only once per customer's burden / one order. The target product is the following item.

【About Mile】

If you do shopping at "AZUL BY MOUSSY WEB STORE" you can save miles.
1% of the item price (excluding tax) will be returned at the mile and you can use it for next shopping as "1 mile = 1 yen".

Use of miles
