Delivery during your absence

About receiving goods at stores
There is no message from the store to the customer after arrival.
Please confirm arrival on Sagawa Express website and pick up within one week from arrival the next day.
When temporary closure etc. of the store opening mall occurs, it may not be accepted.

※If you can not use air mail at Okinawa / remote island, there is a possibility of being delayed from the scheduled date.

【About returns and exchanges】

If you do shopping at "AZUL BY MOUSSY WEB STORE" you can save miles.
1% of the item price (excluding tax) will be returned at the mile and you can use it for next shopping as "1 mile = 1 yen".
